iFractal® is a pioneer in Brazil in developing cloud-based systems for electronic time tracking. The company has recently launched an app for one of its main systems, ifPonto™, which now allows employees to clock in with a photo using a smartphone.

In addition to managing and viewing time entries and the ability to provide justifications, the app includes an alert feature, a critical resource to prevent potential oversights regarding unapproved overtime hours.

The interface is intuitive and compatible with Android and iOS systems. To use it, simply log in, set up a four-digit numerical password for quick access to functions, and then take a front photo to record the clock-in. The system will automatically send data such as the time, photo, and geographic location to the company.
